Email support@petportraitai.net for help with uploads, downloads, credits or payments. Include your account or checkout email and any purchase or generation reference. Do not send photos of people. Never send passwords or full payment card details.

Before contacting support

Generated images are retained for 24 hours, so download your portrait promptly. Failed generations return credits automatically. Fully unused packages are refundable within 7 days; see the Refund Policy for details.
