Pet Portrait AI Terms of Service

The terms for using Pet Portrait AI, including pet-photos-only uploads, acceptable use, credits and one-time portrait packs.

Pets only

Use Pet Portrait AI only with pet photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of people, faces or body parts, or any unlawful, sexual or harmful content. Uploads and generated results are checked; content that fails a check is blocked.

Digital portraits and credits

We sell one-time credit packages in USD: Single $9.99 for 4 credits, Popular $19.99 for 12 credits and Gift $34.99 for 32 credits. One credit creates one HD portrait without a watermark. Credits do not expire. There are no subscriptions or physical products. AI results can vary; review your portrait before using it.

Delivery and refunds

Rejected uploads use no credits. Failed or blocked generations return credits automatically. Fully unused packages are refundable within 7 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for requests. Uploaded photos are deleted after generation; generated images are retained for 24 hours. Download a copy before that time.
