Fully unused credit packages

A fully unused package is refundable within 7 days of purchase. Email support@petportraitai.net from your checkout or account email with the purchase reference. Packages are one-time payments; there is no recurring subscription to cancel. A partially used package does not qualify as fully unused.

Failed or blocked generations

Uploads blocked before generation use no credits. If a generation fails or the output safety check blocks its result, the generation credit is returned automatically. This restores credits rather than issuing a cash refund. If a paid generation is stuck or a credit has not returned, email support with the request reference so we can investigate.

Digital delivery

Download generated portraits promptly; generated images are retained for 24 hours. Uploads are deleted after generation. We do not sell physical prints, cards or framed products. These terms do not limit any rights that apply under law.
