Pet photos and image retention

Upload only pet photos. Photos of people, including faces, hands and arms, are not accepted. We process your upload to create the selected pet portrait and run safety checks before generation and delivery. Uploaded photos are deleted after generation finishes. Leftover uploads and generated images are removed after 24 hours; download your portraits promptly.

Account and payment information

We keep account identifiers, purchase records and credit transactions to provide access to your purchases and handle support requests. Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information. Usage and security records help us enforce preview limits and prevent abuse.
